Interior demolition
Panel block apartment demolition
In an apartment in a panel block, we removed the wallpaper and the floor covering together with the subfloor, and demolished the bathroom pod.
About the job
What was done?
Before the work, the walls of the rooms were wallpapered, the kitchen had linoleum on the floor, and there was a gas cooker and a sink cabinet in the kitchen. The bathroom was in a bathroom pod typical of panel blocks. We removed the wallpaper from the walls of the rooms, took up the floor covering together with the subfloor down to the concrete, and demolished the bathroom pod. Where the bathroom had been, the risers and the heated towel rail were left in place. After the work, the rooms had bare walls and a concrete floor. The windows, radiators and electrical points were left in place.
