Interior demolition
Pre-renovation demolition of an apartment
We carried out pre-renovation demolition in an apartment in Sikupilli and left the rooms ready for the renovation to begin.
About the job
What was done?
The apartment had wallpaper on the walls and linoleum on the floor. The bathroom had been built as a separate unit with tiled walls, a bath, a toilet and upper cabinets. We removed the wallpaper from the walls, demolished the partition walls and the bathroom unit, and took up the linoleum from the floor, which revealed timber boarding underneath. We collected the demolition waste in bags, removed it from the site and cleaned the rooms. The result is an open-plan apartment where the walls are clear of wallpaper and the renovation can begin.
