Enquiries and contact details
If you contact us by phone, by email or through the enquiry form on the website, we use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, clarify the job and agree on any work.
Depending on the information you choose to send, this data may include:
- your name, phone number and email address;
- the location of the site, a description of the job and your preferred timing;
- photos of the site or files attached to an email.
We do not use contact details received with an enquiry for marketing without your separate consent.
Enquiry form
When you press “Send enquiry” in the enquiry form, the details you have entered and the photos you have added are passed via the web server to the Resend email service, so that they can be sent to the KIIL & KANG mailbox. The address of the page from which the enquiry was sent is included with it. You can add up to ten photos to the form; your browser reduces their size before sending. We use the information sent to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about the job.
The “Get a quote” buttons open the same enquiry form. Data sent from there is processed in the same way.
Please include in your enquiry only the information needed to assess and organise the job. Do not add any other personal data or documents.
Data retention
We keep data from enquiries and job-related communication only for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, to clarify the scope and terms of the job, to carry out the agreed work and communicate about it, or to meet our legal obligations.
When there is no longer a justified need to keep the data, it is deleted as part of our normal data management.
External services
The website runs on the Cloudflare platform, which also carries all of the website’s traffic. The Resend email service is used to deliver enquiries and photos sent through the enquiry form. The emails sent are also processed by our email service provider.
The website links to our Facebook page with an ordinary link only. The site does not use the Facebook pixel or any social media plugin. The Facebook page opens only when you click the link.
If a project page includes a YouTube or Vimeo video, that service’s video player is loaded only after you press the video’s play button. When you open an external link or start a video, the service provider may process your data in accordance with its own privacy terms.

Your rights
You have the right to ask what personal data of yours we process and, where necessary, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
You may also ask for an explanation of how your data is used, or object if you believe that your data is being used without good reason.
We use data sent through the enquiry form on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If you believe that your data is being processed incorrectly, you can also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
