Partition walls and floor coverings
Whether a wall can be removed depends on the structure. Before agreeing the work, we check the wall material and, if needed, review the existing drawings. For floors, we distinguish between removing the surface covering and demolishing the subfloor structure.
How should I prepare the room?
If possible, mark the parts to be removed and the surfaces to be kept on photos or a floor plan. Let us know about any furniture in the room, access and the adjoining rooms that will be in use during the work.
How does the work proceed?
We review the scope of work, access and your preferred schedule. We agree the order of work, waste handling and clean-up of the work area, and then do the job.
