We demolish sheds, garages and smaller buildings. We plan the work around the building’s condition, access and surroundings, and confirm the result you want before we start.
Building, shed or garage
The scope of demolition depends on whether the whole building or only part of the structure is removed. For sheds and garages, we also need to know the dimensions, materials and which nearby surfaces or structures must be preserved. Each quote is based on the specific site.
Access and surroundings
Send photos of the building and its surroundings. Show how the site can be reached, how much room there is to work and which trees, fences or neighbouring buildings are close by. The use of machinery and the options for removing materials must be reviewed before the work plan is agreed.
What needs to be confirmed before starting?
In your enquiry, describe the known structures, connections and parts to be kept. The building’s documents, the necessary preparations and the working conditions are reviewed before we start. Let us know separately about any unknown materials or materials requiring special handling; their removal is not included in a standard quote.
Scope of work and end result
Demolishing the building, demolishing the foundation and groundworks are separate jobs. We confirm which parts the quote covers and what the end result should be. Removal of demolition waste and clean-up of the work area are included in the price.

Is the building’s floor area enough for a quote?
The floor area alone is not enough. We also need photos, a description of the materials and access, and information on whether the whole building, part of it or the foundation as well is to be removed.
Does the work on a small shed also need to be discussed in advance?
Yes. Even for a small building, the access, the parts to be kept, the removal of materials and the end result need to be confirmed.
