We haul away demolition waste and clean the site – all included in the price. We also clear out apartments, cellar storage units and garages, and dispose of old furniture.
Waste handling as part of demolition
When preparing the quote, we already confirm what demolition waste will be produced, where to collect it during the work and how to take it out. That keeps the work area tidy and the debris out of the way.
Materials and approximate quantity
Describe whether finishes, timber, brick, concrete or a mix of materials will be removed. Add photos and, if possible, the approximate quantity or the dimensions of the surfaces to be removed. The exact scope depends both on the materials and on where they are on the site.
Removal and access
Let us know whether the material has to be carried out from indoors and from which floor, and what the route to the loading point is like. Narrow passages, stairs and limited parking affect the arrangements. We agree these conditions together before confirming the schedule.
Clean-up and clearing out
At the end of the job, we haul away the debris and clean the site. If you would like a space cleared out, describe in your enquiry what kind of space it is and how much furniture and other items need to be taken away. If there are unknown materials or materials requiring special handling on site, describe them before we prepare the quote.

Is waste removal included in the demolition price?
Yes. Debris removal and site clean-up are included in the price. Note in your enquiry if any material needs to stay on site.
What should I send so you can estimate the amount of waste?
Send photos, a description of the materials and the approximate volume. If the waste has not been produced yet, describe the parts to be demolished or the surfaces to be removed.
